Project Spotlight: AZ Property Fresh Space, Fresh Photos
Jude QuinlanShare
AZ Property had just moved into their new office on Wellington Street, and it was the perfect excuse to refresh their team photos. Rather than the usual round of stiff headshots against a plain backdrop, we wanted to capture who AZ Property actually is: a team that works closely together, in a space they're genuinely proud of.

Refreshing the Brand
With a team of 13 to photograph, this one needed a plan. We mapped out exactly what AZ Property needed before the day even started, covering everything from formal headshots through to the more relaxed, candid content they could use across social media.
Over the shoot, we captured:
- Individual headshots for the full team.
- A full group photo, plus smaller team groups.
- Candid, more relaxed headshots with a softer feel.
- "Working" shots around the office, capturing the team in their day-to-day.
- Office detail shots, showing off the new space.
That's a lot of ground to cover, but with everyone on board and ready to have fun with it, we moved through the list smoothly.

More Than Headshots
The shoot happened in two parts. We started at AZ Property's Wellington Street office, working through the headshots, group shots and candid office moments. Then we moved to a home to shoot a second set of lifestyle-style images, leaning into that real estate feel and giving AZ Property a broader library of content for social media and marketing.

Splitting the shoot this way meant we weren't limited to one look. The office session gave them the polished, professional imagery every business needs, while the home session added something warmer and more relatable, imagery that actually reflects the industry they work in.

A Team That Made It Easy
The AZ Property team was relaxed, easy to work with and happy to move between formal and candid setups without missing a beat. That made it easy to capture genuine moments alongside the more polished shots, which is exactly what gives a team photo library some personality.
I'm really happy with how this one came together. AZ Property walked away with a full, versatile set of images, from headshots and group shots through to lifestyle content, all ready to use across their website, socials and marketing for their new chapter on Wellington Street.
Projects like this are a good reminder that even something as familiar as "team photos" can be an opportunity to do something a bit different.
